Terms and Conditions
ORDERS - To place an order, please complete and return our standard Order Form. We will gladly fax or e-mail an order form if requested. Once we receive your Order Form we will fax an acknowledgment that includes freight charges to your designated delivery point. No order will be shipped until you approve the final order and freight quote. We reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted offer, in our discretion.
Standard lead times are 3 weeks, but may vary.
Your order can be sent to your sales representative, called in to us at (419) 929-2240, faxed to us at (419) 929-2245, e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or mailed to us at 40 South Main Street, New London, OH 44851.
In addition to the items listed in our catalog and on our website we are able to custom make items to your specifications. All special orders require a 50% deposit before production begins and the lead time is generally 12 weeks.
PAYMENT TERMS - The first shipment to new customers is COD. If, thereafter, you would like to establish payment terms with us, you will need to submit for our approval a credit application. We will not ship products to an account with a past due balance. Past due balances accrue interest on the unpaid balance at an annual rate of eighteen percent (18%) until paid in full. You acknowledge and agree that we are permitted to enter your premises during normal business hours in order to remove any Products for which payment is overdue, in addition to any other available legal remedies. There will be a 4% processing fee if paying by credit car.
PRICING - Prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, honor the pricing included in any confirmed order.
WARRANTY & RETURNS - Any damage to Products that is discovered at the time of delivery should be noted on the bill of lading and given to the delivery driver so that you may receive proper credit. Otherwise, all claims for damage must be submitted to us in writing (accompanied by photographic or other satisfactory evidence of damage) within seven (7) days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject any claims submitted after that time. Please hold packaging materials until all items are set up and inspected so if they need to be returned for any reason they can be repackaged properly.
Our products are made from natural stone. All items will vary in color, shape, and size from those pictured in our literature. We do our best to select only the best stones for all the items we ship to our customers. We warranty manufacturing defects, but we do not warranty natural irregularities in the stone . Natural inclusions, hairline cracks, stone color variations, or natural veins in a stone are not covered under warranty.
ASIDE FROM THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD 'AS IS', AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE
All Products ordered by Customer, but later returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
